Delivery within 1 working day (from Monday to Thursday) for France, and 2-3 working days for UK. For other countries, delay depends on destination country, 2-4 working days for most European countries and 4-8 working days for countries outside Europe
Returns
Don't panic! Return is free for UK and France. If anything goes wrong in your order, you have 14 days to change your mind and ask for a return.
- You are located in the UK ? You just have to send an e-mail to contact@syndeed.com indicating order's number and the items list you want to return. You will then received a return shipping label with all the necessary instructions to return your items.

- You are located elsewhere ? Hummm ... contact us at contact@syndeed.com and we will explain how to do it !
In any case, when items are received by Syndeed, you are refunded.
Refund term
Returned orders are refunded within 10 days from the reception date through the same method used for order (Card or Paypal).
